Introduction:
Villa Zeil is an old & long forgotten Mansion somewhere in the Woods of Prontera. It is said that it was builded somewhere around the early 19th Century. An old men bought the Mansion a few years ago and left it abandoned since now. His Children now decided to use this House and turn it into some sort of Eden Group & Item Mall.

With the help of the Alberta Merchand Guild they opened a few Shops (Up to 25 NPC Shops selling all the stuff you could ever want!).
Prontera’s Acolyte & Priest Guild also founded an indoor Park at the Shoping Area to give this place a nice touch.
While the Thief Guild explored the Basements and opened an Sealed Gate to some deeper Floors they also found a room called ,,Gateway to Hell”. According to some older Files and Documentations about the Mansion it turned out that the Basement were used as some kind of Crafting Area for Weapons, Armors, Potions as well as some ,,new life”.

Unlike the Rest of the House which is in a bad shape (See the Walls) the Basement is nearly left as it was before the Mansion got abandoned. Currently no Guild was able to found out how to open the Doors at the Basement but from the researches the Scholar Guild from Yuno has done it is advised not to open the Door under any circumstances! Of course there is no prove that those Doors are really the Gateway to Hell or something like that but one thing is for sure – Those Doors are there for a reason and probably the reason hidden behind those sealed doors might be left where it is – Sealed away!

Features:
Notice for GM’s & Admins: The Butler at the Entrance of the Mansion lets you Enable/ Disable any NPC at the Mansion including every NPC Shop & Quest without having to restart the Server or reload this or any other Script. In the NPC Script you can set the min. required GMLevel to modify this setting!
You also got the possibility to Enable/ Disable any or all Menu’s that the Butler offers to the Players!

– Butler (Save, Rest, Warps you to any Location within the Mansion, Warps you to any Location in the World!)
– Up to 25 NPC Shops that sells various Items from Weapons up to Items you need to Forge, Pot or make other Stuff (Notice: Each NPC Shop contains an detailed Selling List – You can deactivate every Item the NPC Sells or replace it by something else. Same counts for the Price!)
 – Crafting System(Make your own Weapons, Armors, Potions. You can even make completely new Stuff! Every time you create something you get Crafting EXP for this. The more Crafting EXP you have, the better Stuff you can create. Some Stuff can only be crafting by having the correct Manual! Of course, Merchant class will have increased chances at Crafting!)
– Some nice Quests & Mini Games(Find Kitty, Daily Quests, Basement Quest, Play the Piano and many more)

Introduction:
Okay, this came out of nowhere *laughs* while browsing the RAthena Forum Member ,,Manabeast” asked for an Fishing Shop Map. Somehow the Idea overcame me to play with this Idea. While putting some textures here and some Objects there more and more Ideas came to my mind and voila~ A new Map got born! I’m just calling it the ,,Fishing Map”. What you can do there?

Features:
1.) There are 2 Shops. Shop#1 sells you all various Fishes and stuff related to Fish and Ocean. Shop#2 sells you Fishing utilites such as an Fishing Rod, Fishing Boots ect.
2.) Trade in Fishes. Behind the Store there is an ,,Mini-Gaming” Area. One of the Minigames is Fishing which you probably already know from ,,The Other World” Maps. It’s the same system. You can fish Marlin there and trade them in for various Items such as Fish Soup (+4 Vit) or even Equipment such as ,,Fish Hat” and ,,Fish in the Mouth”.
3.) Minigames: There are 3 Minigames. #1 Fishing. #2 Slot Machine. You can win some nice prices there, each try is 50k Zenny 😀 #3 Pray. Pray to one of the 2 Statues and probably your wish comes true 😀
